PRAYERS AND PRAYER CONCERNS Father God: I saw your face today...I saw your face in the beautiful sunshine that we experienced today. I saw your face in the beautiful tulips, roses and carnations I received for my special day today. I saw your face in the thoughtfulness of my husband as he set the table for dinner. Lord, I am so blessed to be loved by you and I wanted you to know that I love you too. I love you for coming to earth as a human and for setting an example of how we should live Lord. I love you Lord for giving your life that I might have eternal life. Lord, I heard your voice today...I heard your voice in the voices of my children calling to greet me today (all but the one that is on lock down). I heard your voice Jesus in my grandchildren that called to say hello and tell me that they loved me. I heard your voice Jesus in the laughter of my youngest grandchild who squealed and said, "Happy Birthday, Hammy! ... I love you, bye..." and away she ran... laughing! Father, I felt your touch today...I felt your touch Jesus as my husband hugged me this morning and said, "I can't believe you're 60! Seems like yesterday we were 25." I felt your touch Lord as my friends hugged me and greeted me today. Jesus, because of you I have been blessed...blessed by those who also love you and who have realized that there is only one way to Salvation, through you Lord. I saw you at work today Lord...I saw you at work in your child Jewels who is dedicated to health issues surrounding all inmates in all prisons around the world, Lord... I saw you at work, Lord, in your child ielene who is caring for a little one that might otherwise question if she is loved, but through ielene she knows that she is loved. ...I saw you at work today Lord in your child Jayson, a missionary in South America visiting the US and his friends who are incarcerated. Jesus you have blessed so many today. Thank you for allowing me to witness your work being done. Lord, give each of us the desire to watch and listen for you each day! Thank you Jesus for being our Salvation! In your precious name I pray! Emotional Needs Janet - Pray that the Lord meets her needs as well as her brother's needs. Janet - Pay for her nephew, Paul who is in Iraq. Also pray for her Son, Christian, age who is autistic and has no friends. Pray that God gives him one good friend. Tom - Pray that she in her husband are successful in their business. Elaine needs directions in her Bear Ministry. Doris - Pray that God meets all of her needs. Carole - Pray that God brings an end to abortions, euthanasia, pornography and homosexuality. Carole - Pray that her children children have a good school year. Pray for Andrew, Kylee, Kris, Carlie, Becca and Deb as they go on vacation. Debra - Son, Daniel, is in the U.S. Marine. He is in training now and has committed to 4 years of service to protect our freedom. Pleae prey for his safety but also for his courage and strength. Pray that his 4 year sacrifice will be for noble cuses and that he velops his mind to be strong in the Lord. Rena - Pray that their first attempt on IVF procedure to be successful and that God will provide wisdom to the people involved and they trust in God for all financial and emotional needs. (D) Mary - Total freed from strife and fear. She desires wisdom and to love her neighbors as herself. Lillian - Pray that her household is blessed with protection, love, peace and joy. They are suffering from lack and the enemy is mentally attacking them. Pray that God brings peace and joy to strengthen them. Pearl - Pray that her twin granddaughters will wisely make decisions as they enter Xavier College. Praise God that one of them has received a 4-year scholarship. Pray that the other will be blessed with what she needs. Sharon - Pray that Andrea totally rededicates her life to Christ. Pray that the needs of her family are met. Rebecca - Her son, Chris, in Boot Camp i San Diego Pray for his safety strength and hope and Christ. Pray also that he attends the religious services offered on Sunday. Sheila - Pray that she is rich in every area of her life. Cordeli - Pray that her husband starts tithing. Family Elaine - Pray that there is no strife in her family. Carole - Pray for her marriage. Carole - Pray for peace and reconciliation in her family. Mai - She is having problems with her husband who is not a Christian and does not treat her with respect. (D) Peter - Pray for the Salisbury and Tomlin families. Cordeli - Pray that she and her husband relationships gets better. Although it has gotten somewhat better, they still need the full relationship through Jesus Christ. Donald - Pray that she and her Financial Wayne - His friend needs a financial breakthrough. He feels that he is surrounded by enemies and that everything he does fails. He knows that GOD doesn't want it this way but he still feels very depressed. (D) Health/Diet/Nutrition Joyce - Pray that her friend quits smoking. Carole - Pray that Jean has a safe pregnancy. Healing from illness/disease Dorothy - Her husband has Alzheimers and his overall health is poor. Joyce - She has breast cancer, her daughter has female problems and her mom has spine problems. Larry - Back healing for Uncles Neil and Larry, Grandpa Paff, cousins Ken and Bob and for Neil, Jr. Uncles Neil and Bob and Grandpa Paff have high blood pressure. Uncle Neil also has Gout,. Uncle Dave has poor health. Bob Feller and his mom have lung cancer. Doris - She needs healing in her body. Carole - Healing for her mom, Mr. Ed. Barbar - She has pain in her back and in her chest. Lara - Pray for her grandmother who had a stroke. She is 84 years old. (D) David - His son, Jake, is very sick and needs a kidney and pancreas transplant as well as bladder surgery. Pray that they are able to raise the $125,000 need for the surgery. (D) Jayne - Friend's husband has lug cancer and has slipped into a coma. Pray for Tom Dubay and his family. (D) Marvine - Pray for her cousin, Pastor Anthony Covington, who is very sick. (D) Mary - She needs healing in her body and believes God is able. Barbara - Her son is on drugs and homeless. Continue to bless her grandchildren. Lift up the homeless and Westside COmmunity Baptist Church. Mary - Her sister's husband, John is in a nursing home and is having a rough time. Cordeli - Pray for her husband, Donald, who has kidney problems. Also, he recently had a stroke. Current Events; War, President Lynn - Pray for the peace and safety of the Korean hostages in Afghanistan. Life up all Back to Jerusalem missionaries who are remaining faithful, despite the obviously dangerous conditions of spiritually dark places. Pray for the BTJ workers, as they are experiencing physical and spiritual fatigue. Pray for the continued development of the Cross-Cultural Training Course, which will be a valuable resource to the BTJ missionaries. Praise God that there are, for the first time, BTJ workers spreading the Light of the Gospel to a country in Africa. (D) Mai - Pray for those soldiers that were killed and those who have committed suicide while in Iraq. Praise Eula - Praise God that she feels better. Continue to pray that she finds employment. Also, continue to pray for her neighborhood --drugs, stealing, jobs. Jim - He received word from Wally that Renee's surgery went better than expected. She will remain in the hospital overnight and may be released some time tomorrow. Please continue to pray for her healing and complete recovery. (D) Per Ein - Praise God for all those who have been praying for him. (D) Barbara - Bless her daughter and thank God for her new home. Mattie - Praise God for your prayers. Please continue to pray for her and her family. Salvation Marvin - Pray that her children will be saved as well as her grandchildren. Dorothy - Pray for the salvation of her family members and all that they have witnessed to. Doris - Pray that her nephew, Mike and his friends dedicate their lives to Christ. Maria - Pray that her daughter is saved that she used wisdom in making the right choices in her newborn baby's life. The child's father is a drug addict and there no future with him unless he turns to God. Rosa - Pray that her ex husband Lorenzo Payan accepts Christ into his heart. Gail - Her dad has lung cancer and it is going into stage 4. The sad part is that he is not saved and does not believe in healing.
